Galeries Lafayette is seeking a Cashier in Annecy on a full-time fixed-term contract for the year-end holiday season. The role covers customer welcome, product and service guidance, checkout, loyalty-programme promotion, and exchanges and refunds.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customers with a distinctive welcome.
- Proactively share information about the store’s products and services.
- Process payments quickly and accurately.
- Promote the loyalty programme and ensure customers use it correctly for loyalty benefits, payments and gifts.
- Manage exchanges and refunds in accordance with store policy and customer-satisfaction standards.
