Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance and collection results to provide actionable recommendations for upcoming commercial policies
- Conduct market opportunity studies, document current trend analyses, prepare competitive benchmarks, and maintain ongoing competitive intelligence to inform strategic planning
- Prepare for and participate in brand collection meetings, including advance preparation of guidelines and related deliverables
- Monitor seasonal activity progress and coordinate with buyers and inventory managers to track ongoing performance
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bac +4/5 program in Business, Fashion, or equivalent discipline
- Demonstrated strategic thinking with ability to quickly identify market trends, long-term challenges, and value-creating opportunities
- Capacity to learn with agility and embrace new challenges
- Preferred: prior experience in merchandising planning, purchasing, or product marketing
Skills
Experience
First or second professional experience in a retail, merchandising, or luxury goods environment preferred; demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to commercial environments.
Education
Bac +4 or Bac +5 (equivalent to M1 or M2) in Business School, Fashion, Retail Management, or related discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 1,300 to EUR 1,500 per month.
