Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the commercial development strategy to accelerate revenue growth across assigned channels and territories.
- Identify, qualify and secure new business opportunities, including wholesale partners, key accounts and strategic brand partnerships.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, contracting and post-sale account management to maximise lifetime value.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with distributors, retail partners and corporate clients; represent the brand at industry events and trade shows.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, operations and finance teams to align assortment, pricing and go-to-market plans.
- Prepare sales forecasts, KPI reports and business cases to inform executive decision-making and investment priorities.
- Lead or coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve commercial processes, CRM usage and client experience.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of commercial success in business development or sales within the luxury, fashion or premium goods sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and manage key accounts with measurable revenue impact.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder-management skills at senior corporate and retail levels.
- Strategic thinker with analytical rigour and financial literacy (forecasting, pipeline management, P&L awareness).
- Capacity to operate in an international, fast-paced environment and to travel as required.

Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressive business development or sales experience, with at least several years in the luxury, fashion or premium consumer goods sector and demonstrable success opening new accounts and driving sustained revenue growth.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is advantageous but not required.
