Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany clients through their shopping journey, providing personalized style guidance and product recommendations
- Drive revenue growth by executing effective sales strategies for beauty products and services
- Process transactions at point-of-sale with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain visual appeal and organization of the beauty department, including merchandising, shelf presentation, and stock replenishment
- Cultivate lasting client relationships and foster brand loyalty through exceptional service and follow-up
- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and aesthetic of Galeries Lafayette
