Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service on the sales floor and at the counter, building long-term relationships through personalised consultations and clienteling.
- Recommend and demonstrate skincare and cosmetic products, including makeup application and colour matching, tailored to each client’s needs.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling and conversion of walk-in traffic.
- Maintain immaculate product presentation and merchandising, including counter replenishment, stock rotation and visual standards compliance.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, handle cash and maintain accurate sales records.
