Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalized client experience through consultative skincare and makeup advice, product demonstrations and tailored recommendations.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by converting consultations into purchases and executing effective upsell and add‑on strategies.
- Build and maintain a qualified client book through proactive clienteling, follow‑ups and appointment management.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across the brand portfolio, including new launches and ingredient/benefit differentiators.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately, process transactions, returns and gift packaging to luxury standards.
