Groupe Galeries Lafayette seeks Beauty Sales Advisor in Clermont-Ferrand. 4-month renewable fixed-term contract, 35h/week, competitive compensation and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and accompany customers throughout their shopping journey, providing personalized service and expert guidance on cosmetics and beauty products
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales of cosmetic products and complementary services tailored to individual client needs
- Process transactions at point-of-sale with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain the sales floor through strategic merchandising, shelf organization, stock replenishment, and visual presentation standards
- Build and nurture client loyalty through relationship-focused engagement, follow-up communications, and personalized recommendations
Qualifications
- Training or formal education in aesthetics or cosmetology
- Significant professional experience in cosmetics sales
