Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in driving daily boutique operations and achieving sales targets.
  • Lead, coach and develop the sales team to deliver exceptional luxury client service and clienteling.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and ensure presentation standards and brand guidelines are consistently applied.
  • Manage staff scheduling, opening/closing procedures and cash reconciliation.
  • Control stockroom operations, inventory accuracy and merchandise replenishment.
  • Analyse sales KPIs and produce regular reports to inform commercial decisions.
  • Handle escalated customer situations and maintain high standards of client relationship management.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, loss-prevention and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail supervision or assistant management, ideally within luxury fashion or premium department store environments.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills, including experience with VIP clienteling.
  • Organisational rigour and experience with inventory control and cash handling procedures.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Experience

Typically 2–4 years of retail supervisory experience is required, preferably in luxury or premium fashion. Proven track record of managing teams, driving sales and implementing merchandising standards is expected.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or a degree in business, retail management or luxury brand management is advantageous.
