Louis Pion Paris seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Paris to support boutique operations, lead the sales team and drive customer service excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily boutique operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs; run regular briefings and on‑the‑floor coaching.
- Drive clienteling and relationship management to maximise repeat business and customer lifetime value.
- Manage stock processes including receiving, inventory control, replenishment and loss prevention procedures.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation in line with seasonal directives.
- Oversee cash handling, POS transactions and daily financial reconciliations; prepare operational reports for head office.
- Organise staff rotas, training and performance reviews; act as the point of contact in the manager’s absence.
- Maintain compliance with health & safety, company policies and local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in retail, ideally within watches, jewelry or luxury accessory stores.
- Demonstrable leadership and team‑management capability with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong numeracy and organisational skills, with experience in stock control and cash reconciliation.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills; ability to resolve client issues tactfully and professionally.
