Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily procurement activities including creation and follow-up of purchase orders and delivery schedules for jewelry components and finished pieces.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment across workshops, warehouses and retail locations.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and perform data entry, updates and reconciliation tasks.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders (production, quality control, logistics, retail) to ensure timely deliveries and resolve exceptions.
  • Prepare purchase reports, demand forecasts and ad hoc analyses to support the supply team’s decision-making.
  • Contribute to process-improvement projects related to sourcing, order-to-delivery workflows and supplier performance tracking.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Good communication skills and a professional approach to supplier and cross-functional interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Fluency in French is expected; English proficiency is advantageous for supplier correspondence.
