Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily procurement activities including creation and follow-up of purchase orders and delivery schedules for jewelry components and finished pieces.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment across workshops, warehouses and retail locations.
- Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and perform data entry, updates and reconciliation tasks.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders (production, quality control, logistics, retail) to ensure timely deliveries and resolve exceptions.
- Prepare purchase reports, demand forecasts and ad hoc analyses to support the supply team’s decision-making.
- Contribute to process-improvement projects related to sourcing, order-to-delivery workflows and supplier performance tracking.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Good communication skills and a professional approach to supplier and cross-functional interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in French is expected; English proficiency is advantageous for supplier correspondence.

Internship-level role: no extensive professional experience required. Previous internship or part-time experience in procurement, supply chain or retail operations is a strong plus.

Currently enrolled in a tertiary program (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration or a closely related field.
