Role & Responsibilities
- Support management of inbound and outbound merchandise flows between warehouses, distribution centres and retail stores.
- Receive, inspect and process incoming deliveries; verify packing lists, quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Update and maintain inventory records in the ERP/WMS; perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate replenishment and transfer requests to ensure product availability at point of sale and optimise stock levels.
- Track shipments and escalation of transport or quality issues with carriers, suppliers and internal teams.
- Prepare administrative documentation for goods movements (goods receipts, returns, inventory adjustments) and contribute to flow-related reporting and KPIs.
- Collaborate with store teams, buying and planning to support seasonal launches and promotional flow requirements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited work‑study/apprenticeship programme in logistics, supply chain, retail management, commerce or equivalent (BTS/DUT/ Bachelor's level).
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy; ability to work to deadlines in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to liaise with cross‑functional teams (stores, warehouse, transport, buying).
- Proactive problem‑solving attitude and willingness to learn operational processes and systems.

Experience
