Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the beauty team, including calendar management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.

  • Maintain and update databases and CRM records, ensuring data integrity for clients, orders and supplier information.

  • Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets (sales, inventory, aging) to support monthly reviews and operational decision‑making.
  • Act as first point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, escalating issues as required and ensuring timely responses.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a recognised work‑study/apprenticeship programme (BTS, DUT, Bachelor or equivalent) in Business Administration, Commerce, Management or a related discipline.
  • Excellent organisational aptitude with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality when dealing with commercial and financial information.
  • Strong communication skills and a client‑oriented mindset appropriate for a luxury environment.

Experience

Suitable for candidates with limited professional experience; prior internships or part‑time administrative experience in retail, beauty or luxury environments is advantageous but not required.

Currently enrolled in a tertiary-level work‑study or apprenticeship programme (BTS, Bachelor, or equivalent) in Business Administration, Commerce, Management or a related field.
