Frette Support Associate

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control including cycle counts, communicating discrepancies, managing on-hand levels, monitoring new receipts and best sellers
• Execute transfers, damages, fulfillments, holds, replenishment, shipping and receiving to maintain inventory accuracy and product flow
• Maximize storage capacity and efficiency across front-of-house, back-of-house, and offsite locations
• Partner with Store Manager and Sales Specialists to prioritize customer sales and maintain appropriate inventory organization
• Ensure compliance with operational policies including Loss Prevention, Inventory Control, Boutique Maintenance, and POS procedures
• Train staff in back-of-house procedures and communicate policy changes effectively across the store team
• Execute Frette packaging guidelines for shipments and maintain company standards for charge sends, returns, and exchanges
• Provide floor coverage and support sales specialists to ensure customer service standards are met
• Participate in daily morning meetings and maintain visual standards including visual merchandising rotations and bed changes
• Assist with offsite activities including home installations, bank deposits, and coordinating with tailor and dry-cleaning services
• Perform stockroom maintenance, stock checks, and coordinate product shipping for transfers and e-commerce fulfillments
• Oversee facilities maintenance including furniture repair, coordinate with housekeeping on cleaning quality, and manage repair work
• Conduct key holder store opening and closing procedures and ensure completion of opening/closing checklists
• Manage store operational budgets in partnership with Store Manager and Corporate Retail Team for packaging, supplies, and maintenance
• Provide daily communication with Store Manager and team to outline priorities and align expectations

Qualifications

• Retail store environment experience, including back-of-house support
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency with retail operating systems including shipping, POS, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Positive attitude contributing to a supportive team environment
• Team-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and uphold high performance standards
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to partner with Corporate team and other store locations
• Physical capability to lift and mobilize items up to 50 lbs using appropriate equipment and techniques
• Ability to maneuver effectively around boutique floor, stockroom, and offsite locations
• Capacity for prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and OSHA-approved ladder safety
