Frette seeks an entrepreneurial Store Manager for its Boston boutique. Lead team, drive sales, and deliver luxury retail excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing retail team to consistently exceed sales and service goals
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
  • Analyze performance metrics, set clear expectations, and implement action plans to drive operational results
  • Conduct daily and monthly meetings to align priorities, communicate business updates, and strengthen team engagement
  • Act as a Frette Brand Ambassador, modeling elevated selling and storytelling around heritage and craftsmanship
  • Drive store profitability through strong KPI management and strategic decision-making
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base through CRM, targeted outreach, and personalized service
  • Establish strategic partnerships with interior designers, hospitality partners, and local businesses to expand brand presence
  • Ensure exceptional client experience, including bespoke services and in-home consultations
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations including scheduling, reporting, and financial performance
  • Execute visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
  • Manage inventory, stock flow, and loss prevention processes
  • Partner with corporate teams to execute business initiatives and improve store performance
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements

Qualifications

  • Several years of retail management experience, preferably within luxury retail, hospitality, or interior design
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze trends and adapt strategies
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM tools, clienteling, and relationship-driven selling
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 40 lbs. using appropriate equipment and techniques
  • Ability to move throughout the boutique, stockroom, and offsite locations as needed
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, and climbing ladders
  • Flexible schedule accommodating evenings, weekends, and holidays
