Frette Seasonal Support Associate

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee stockroom operations including cycle counts, inventory discrepancies, and communication of receipt and out-of-stock information to store team
• Execute transfers, damages, fulfillments, holds, replenishment, shipping, and receiving to ensure inventory accuracy and optimal product flow
• Maximize storage and capacity effectiveness across front-of-house, back-of-house, and offsite storage locations
• Maintain compliance with loss prevention, inventory control, boutique maintenance, customer capture, and POS procedures
• Train staff in back-of-house procedures and communicate policy changes effectively across the store team
• Follow Frette packaging guidelines for ship-outs and manage charge sends, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company standards
• Capture client data per CRM guidelines to support client acquisition and retention initiatives
• Perform sales and register transactions including payment processing, cash reconciliation, and customer service
• Participate in daily morning meetings and visual merchandising maintenance including floor rotations and display changes
• Perform stockroom maintenance, stock checks, and facility oversight including furniture repair and coordination with housekeeping services
• Manage store opening and closing procedures and ensure completion of daily checklists
• Assist with offsite activities including home installations, bank deposits, and tailor services
• Partner with Store Manager on operational budgets for packaging, supplies, cleaning, and maintenance

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience in a retail store environment, including both front and back-of-house operations
• Valid US driver's license
• Proficiency with retail operating systems including shipping, POS, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment and techniques
• Ability to perform prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and OSHA-approved ladder safety procedures

Skills

Experience

Multiple years of experience in a retail store environment, including both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, is preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with retail operating systems, inventory control procedures, and stockroom management is essential.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail certification or formal training is advantageous but not required.

The base compensation for this position is USD 18 per hour.
