Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with commercial departments and business stakeholders to understand processes, operational needs, and business objectives, translating these into functional Salesforce requirements
• Assess existing processes and identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and continuous improvement
• Act as bridge between business and external Salesforce consultant, ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions
• Support design, configuration, testing, and implementation phases of the Salesforce platform
• Participate in functional testing and user acceptance testing to ensure implemented solutions meet agreed requirements
• Administer Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments, managing users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
• Configure and customize objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules
• Build and maintain automation using Salesforce Flow and platform tools
• Support sales processes including lead management, opportunity management, and forecasting
• Support customer service processes including case management, queues, SLAs, and escalations
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business intelligence and decision-making
• Provide user support, training, and platform adoption guidance
• Analyze and resolve functional and technical Salesforce issues, coordinating with external consultants when necessary
• Manage data quality through imports, deduplication, and governance best practices
• Support third-party system integrations, working with external partners and technical teams
• Monitor Salesforce releases and new functionalities to assess potential application within the organization
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, functionalities, and best practices

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant, Salesforce Functional Analyst, or similar role
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Flow
• Strong command of Italian and English
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
• Demonstrated experience configuring Salesforce, building Flows, and creating automation
• Proficiency with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data management tools
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
• Strong capability to translate business needs into Salesforce requirements and solutions
• Experience working with non-technical stakeholders and external consultants
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Skills

Experience

3–5 years of professional experience in Salesforce administration, functional analysis, or consulting roles, ideally including involvement in Salesforce implementation or transformation projects. Experience working with external system integrators and managing cross-functional stakeholder engagement is valued.

Education

Not specified; typically a bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field is expected, though professional Salesforce certification may substitute for formal educational requirements.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 60,000 to EUR 65,000 per annum.
