Frette seeks Sales Specialist for South Coast Plaza boutique in Costa Mesa, CA. Luxury retail role combining client acquisition, elevated service, and operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals while upholding Frette's selling ceremonies and fostering enduring client relationships
- Drive KPI attainment through exemplary client service, capturing customer data in the CRM system for personalized outreach and retention
- Handle client inquiries across all communication channels including email, phone, WhatsApp, and messaging with professionalism and responsiveness
- Execute point-of-sale transactions, process payments, manage cash handling, and process charges, returns, and exchanges
- Create client quotes using Frette branded templates and coordinate bespoke orders or alterations to fulfill client requirements
- Offer and execute Frette's white glove services, including home consultations and installations, to generate add-on sales and strengthen client relations
- Execute daily operational procedures including store opening and closing, key holder responsibilities, inventory management, and reporting
- Participate in receiving shipments, maintaining backstock organization, and executing visual merchandising rotations and standards
- Participate in bi-annual inventory audits and liaison with IT on helpdesk inquiries as needed
Qualifications
- Years of experience within a luxury retail environment, hospitality, or interior design highly preferred
- Proficiency with retail operating systems including POS, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and set high performance standards
- Physical capability to lift and mobilize items up to 40 lbs. utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques
- Ability to maneuver effectively around boutique floor, stockroom, and offsite locations with prolonged standing, bending, and stooping
Skills
Experience
Years of experience within a luxury retail environment, hospitality, or interior design is highly preferred. Demonstrated success in client-facing roles with proven ability to drive sales through exceptional service delivery and relationship building.
