Luxury retail operations internship in Milan with a leading fashion group—develop expertise in retail performance analysis and business reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the creation, receipt, and monitoring of Retail OPEX submissions, ensuring accurate data collection and organisation
- Assist with the management and updating of MID codes and Certificates of Origin
- Provide operational support to the boutique and outlet network by managing and monitoring store requests and ensuring appropriate follow-up
- Collaborate on the updating and maintenance of Retail procedures and operational guidelines
- Monitor and maintain the Bespoke Tracker system, ensuring data quality and accuracy
- Support the preparation of weekly Retail performance reports by collecting, verifying, and consolidating key performance indicators
- Prepare and update the weekly report on Frette Atelier (MTO) orders and monitor their progress
- Support the creation and development of new reports and analytical tools to address business needs
- Maintain and update Excel files and reporting tools, including Store Traffic, Pending, and BDG trackers
- Assist in preparing presentations, analyses, and supporting materials for the Retail team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Statistics, or related disciplines
- Strong interest in the Fashion & Luxury sector and retail operations
- Excellent analytical capabilities and proficiency with numerical data and reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Attention to detail, precision, and strong organisational skills
- Proactive approach, priority management capability, and problem-solving orientation
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset

The base compensation for this position is EUR 800 per month.
Benefits
Monthly allowance of €800; daily meal vouchers of €8; flexible start time between 08:30–09:30; full-time schedule Monday through Friday.
