Frette seeks Operations Coordinator in Serravalle for part-time boutique stock and back-office management role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage stock receipt, inspection, handling, and shipment activities while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company procedures
- Monitor KPIs related to inventory, with particular attention to receipt and movement timelines and inventory discrepancies
- Ensure proper boutique stock replenishment by monitoring needs and collaborating with relevant departments
- Maintain back office and stock areas in an organized, efficient manner consistent with Frette standards
- Perform qualitative product inspections during receipt and handling phases, identifying any anomalies or non-conformities
- Support the team in managing orders, ensuring correct flow of information and documentation
- Track the status of Bespoke and Made-to-Order requests, keeping the team updated and ensuring effective follow-up
- Coordinate the preparation and management of shipments to clients and merchandise transfers
- Manage the procurement of consumable and operational materials necessary for daily boutique activities
- Interface with couriers and suppliers for daily operational activities
- Organize and archive documentation related to stock, orders, shipments, and operational activities
- Support the boutique during events, special deliveries, and particular operational needs
Qualifications
- Prior experience in operations, stock, back office, or retail operations roles, preferably in luxury environments
- Experience in inventory management, stock, and merchandise handling
- Excellent organizational and structured activity management capabilities
- Precision and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Knowledge of management systems, POS, or inventory management tools (a plus)
- Strong proficiency in Italian and English

Prior experience in operations, stock, back office, or retail operations roles, preferably within luxury retail or hospitality environments, is required. Hands-on familiarity with inventory management workflows and merchandise logistics is essential.
