Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and deepen relationships with Frette's Diamond Club members and cultivate long-term client loyalty and lifetime value

  • Identify and develop new opportunities with interior designers, architects, luxury real estate professionals, yacht brokers, and hospitality partners

  • Execute the Frette selling ceremony, adapting experiences to each client's lifestyle, preferences, and design aspirations
  • Create bespoke proposals and identify opportunities to expand Frette's presence through white-glove services, home consultations, and installations
  • Maintain accurate client profiles and capture meaningful insights to support long-term relationship development
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals through business development and exceptional client service
  • Process sales transactions accurately, including purchases, special orders, remote sales, returns, exchanges, and payment processing
  • Support daily boutique operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, merchandise receiving, stockroom management, and inventory support
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards through floor presentations, bed changes, visual rotations, and daily boutique maintenance
  • Represent the Frette brand within the local luxury market through networking, strategic partnerships, boutique events, and community engagement

Qualifications

  • Years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, interior design, luxury real estate, or client-facing luxury service environments
