Role & Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements from supply chain stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications
- Configure and support Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules including Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory Management, Master Planning, Product Information Management, Production Control, and Sales and Distribution
- Conduct thorough gap analysis between current business processes and Dynamics 365 capabilities, recommending best practices and process improvements
- Lead and participate in system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, testing, and deployment activities
- Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT) with business teams and technical partners
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate resolution efforts
- Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct end-user training sessions
- Collaborate with developers, architects, system integrators, and third-party vendors on solution delivery
- Support data migration, validation, and cutover activities during system transitions
- Maintain accurate system configuration documentation and process flow documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or ERP Analyst
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (formerly Dynamics AX)
- Proven experience supporting end-to-end supply chain processes within manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environments
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules and their business applications
- Comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, demand planning, production planning, logistics, and distribution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- SQL knowledge is advantageous
