Frette seeks a Dynamics 365 Business Systems Analyst in New York. Provide ERP support, training, and business process analysis for luxury hospitality operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide technical help-desk support for Dynamics 365 business application inquiries and troubleshoot functionality and data integrity issues
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to end users; maintain current documentation for ERP and D365 applications
- Analyze complex business processes and develop operating procedures for Dynamics 365 implementations across retail, wholesale, and hotel divisions using process documentation tools
- Create test plans for pilot deployments and version upgrades; develop requirements specifications for custom applications addressing business needs not met by standard D365 functionality
- Advocate for Dynamics 365 application adoption across business units and develop presentations highlighting functionality benefits and business process optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business, or equivalent professional experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP applications, particularly Supply Chain, Finance & Operations, or Retail modules
- Proficiency with Dynamics 365 or AX modules including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Retail, Sales Order Processing, Purchase Order Processing, Inventory, and Project Accounting
- Experience or familiarity with Power BI, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and Power Apps
- Background in retail, wholesale, logistics, or finance operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; comfort navigating ambiguous business challenges without established precedent
- Solid understanding of packaged systems implementation methodologies and standard software development life cycles
- Demonstrated teamwork, flexibility, and collegial approach to cross-functional collaboration

Experience
3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP applications, particularly in Supply Chain, Finance & Operations, or Retail modules. Background in retail, wholesale, logistics, or finance operations is advantageous. Familiarity with packaged systems implementation processes and software development life cycles is expected.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
