Fresh is hiring a Store Manager in Ningbo, China for the Fresh Ningbo Yintai store to lead sales, operations and the retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store sales performance and coach the retail team to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Implement and execute monthly marketing and promotional activities at the counter and store level.
- Collect and report mall and competitor activity intelligence to the regional manager or supervisor.
- Deliver proactive, consultative client service and ensure timely after-sales follow-up to maintain customer loyalty.
- Manage daily store operations including stock control, regular inventory counts and accuracy of inventory records.
- Oversee visual merchandising and display changes to ensure brand presentation standards are consistently met.
- Ensure counter and store cleanliness, merchandise presentation, sales reporting, staff grooming and training are executed to brand standards.
- Participate in and deliver staff training on product knowledge, service standards and basic computer operations to develop counter leadership capabilities.
- Communicate company directives to counter staff and ensure strict compliance with brand policies and operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of frontline cosmetics retail experience.
- At least 3 years' experience managing and leading a retail team to achieve sales targets.
- Demonstrable experience managing a high-volume (million-yuan) store.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and high sensitivity to luxury retail standards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an outgoing, customer-oriented demeanour.
- Professional personal presentation (well-groomed, no visible tattoos) and a preferred height of 1.60 m or above.
- Ability to provide professional skincare advice and to educate clients on product usage.

Experience
5+ years in frontline cosmetics sales with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role; proven track record managing a high-volume retail counter or store.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in cosmetology, retail management, or related field preferred.
