Role & Responsibilities

  • Translate global visual merchandising strategies and campaign concepts into clear, scalable guidelines, toolkits and planograms for regional teams and store formats.

  • Coordinate end‑to‑end execution of campaign VM materials, prototypes and assets with creative, purchasing and external vendors to ensure consistent delivery across markets.
  • Support pop‑ups, special activations and high‑visibility initiatives through guideline development, asset coordination and on‑site execution guidance.
  • Act as the operational liaison between Global HQ, regional VM teams, Creative and Purchasing to ensure timely communication, problem solving and regional adaptation where required.
  • Support new market and store openings by producing VM directives, layouts and execution guidance; advise on materials, fabrication and production implications.
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines across functions and regions, providing clear documentation, specifications and handover materials for rollout.

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of progressive experience in visual merchandising, retail design or exhibition/display design, with exposure to multi‑market or global rollouts.
  • Proven ability to translate brand strategy and campaign concepts into executable VM guidelines, toolkits and planograms.
  • Skilled in hand sketching and preparing 2D and 3D visuals to communicate intent to regional teams and vendors.
  • Demonstrated project management capability coordinating across creative, production and regional stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, fabrication methods and production cost implications in a retail context.
  • Experience in prestige beauty, lifestyle or fashion retail is strongly preferred.
