Role & Responsibilities
- Support the channel manager in implementing sales plans for daily operations, promotional seasons, and IP collaborations.
- Assist in channel demand forecasting, stock management, and sales mechanism implementation.
- Monitor beauty market and platform developments to identify business opportunities through regular sales analysis.
- Manage daily operations such as order verification, inventory reconciliation, and customer complaint resolution to ensure efficient key account management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of Tmall-exclusive products, limited-edition campaigns, and large-scale promotions like Double 11 and 618.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably with a background in brand sites.
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher.
