Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth on the TikTok channel through strategic planning and execution.
  • Leverage existing resources to achieve TikTok sales targets.
  • Analyze sales performance to derive actionable business strategies.
  • Plan product portfolio and mechanisms to boost sales on TikTok.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of TikTok, collaborating with internal and external partners.
  • Support Key Account Manager with key account plans and daily brand livestreaming activities.
  • Manage channel inventory and expenses to ensure smooth sales operations and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to update content and store visuals according to campaign calendars.
  • Optimize customer experience in conjunction with the CRM team.
  • Create short video content to enhance brand livestream efficiency and increase store membership and fan base.
  • Monitor platform regulation changes and competitor trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Track high-performing KOLs on the platform to explore further opportunities.

Experience
