Role & Responsibilities

• Direct daily supply chain activities to ensure efficient product flow and on-time delivery to retail and digital channels
• Monitor and report on supply chain key performance indicators, addressing issues proactively and implementing corrective actions
• Manage and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity and resilience
• Implement cost-saving initiatives across logistics, warehousing, and procurement in collaboration with Purchasing and Finance departments to align with budget goals
• Lead demand forecasting processes in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to generate accurate projections and optimize fulfillment rates and inventory levels
• Develop and execute global supply plans aligned with production and inventory targets across all markets
• Oversee material and production planning with contract manufacturers, optimizing schedules and delivery timelines
• Manage inventory levels to balance service levels and costs, preventing stockouts and excess inventory through regular reporting and Finance collaboration
• Supervise global freight, warehousing, and customs operations across all geographic regions
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
• Maintain accurate supply chain master data in the ERP system and leverage systems to optimize supply chain processes
• Support the implementation of a new enterprise resource planning system
• Guide and develop the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Communicate effectively with external and internal partners across Operations departments, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and local LVMH supply chain teams
• Oversee hiring, performance management, and professional development of team members

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive supply chain experience with at least 5 years in a management role within cosmetics or consumer goods industry
• Broad supply chain knowledge spanning component procurement, production, distribution, and retail operations
• Proven ability to lead and execute process improvement initiatives and drive cost efficiencies
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and make informed strategic decisions
• Demonstrated capability to manage and negotiate with third-party logistics providers, multiple contract manufacturers, and component suppliers
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems and MRP platforms, particularly Microsoft AX and SAP Public Cloud
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to identify design problems and implement sustainable solutions
• Capacity to multitask and identify interrelated aspects of complex projects
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills capable of building effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work cross-functionally with all management levels and teams
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related technical field preferred

Skills

Experience

12+ years of progressive supply chain experience in the cosmetics or consumer goods industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a formal management role. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of leading complex, multi-functional supply chain transformations across global operations, managing relationships with contract manufacturers and third-party logistics providers, and implementing measurable cost reductions and efficiency improvements. Prior experience in the luxury or prestige beauty sector is advantageous.

Education

Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field is preferred; Bachelor's degree with significant relevant professional experience may be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 190,000 to USD 230,000 per annum.
