Role & Responsibilities

• Direct daily supply chain activities to ensure efficient product flow and on-time delivery across global operations
• Monitor and report on supply chain KPIs, addressing issues proactively to maintain service level targets
• Manage and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity and operational resilience
• Implement cost-saving initiatives across logistics, warehousing, and procurement in collaboration with Purchasing and Finance departments
• Lead demand forecasting processes in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to generate accurate projections and optimize fulfillment rates and inventory levels
• Develop and execute global supply plans aligned with production and inventory targets
• Oversee material and production planning with contract manufacturers to optimize schedules
• Manage inventory levels to balance service and costs, preventing stockouts and excess inventory
• Supervise global freight, warehousing, and customs operations to ensure compliance with international trade regulations
• Maintain accurate supply chain master data in the ERP system and utilize systems to optimize supply chain processes
• Support the implementation of new ERP systems and digital supply chain infrastructure
• Guide and develop the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional excellence
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners including Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and LVMH supply chain teams
• Oversee hiring, performance management, and development of team members
• Conduct comprehensive audits of supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Develop and present strategic roadmaps for enhancing supply chain efficiency and cost reduction initiatives

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in a management role within the cosmetics or consumer goods industry
• Broad supply chain knowledge spanning component procurement through distribution to retail
• Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and drive cost efficiencies
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems and MRP solutions (e.g., Microsoft AX and SAP Public Cloud version)
• Demonstrated capability to manage and negotiate with third-party logistics providers, contract manufacturers, and component suppliers
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed strategic decisions
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with ability to identify design problems and implement scalable solutions
• Ability to multitask effectively and identify interrelated aspects of complex projects
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of management and cross-functional teams
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related technical field preferred

Skills

Experience

Minimum 12 years of progressive supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in a management role within the cosmetics or consumer goods industry. Demonstrated track record of leading process improvement initiatives, managing multiple contract manufacturers and suppliers, and driving measurable cost efficiencies and service level improvements in global supply chain environments.

Education

Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related technical field preferred; Bachelor's degree in a related field required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 190,000 to USD 230,000 per annum.
