Fresh seeks a part-time, temporary Selling Specialist to support sales and business communication across an assigned territory, with a focus on Sephora and Ulta locations in Yonkers and Scarsdale, New York. The role pays $25–$30 per hour and requires availability Wednesday through Sunday, including weekends Thursday through Sunday.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily sales goals, including sales per hour (SPH) and return on investment (ROI), at assigned stores throughout the territory, as determined by the executive.
- Assist the executive with in-store events supporting Sephora, Ulta and Fresh initiatives, with the goal of increasing ROI and average event sales.
- Establish and develop strong store-level sales relationships with Sephora and Ulta Beauty Advisors, store leadership, district managers and employees.
- Support partnerships with Sephora and Ulta Beauty Advisors and clients by providing in-store service and assistance as needed.
- Keep Fresh wall bays, counters, endcaps and towers visually impeccable and aligned with Fresh merchandising standards, and communicate outstanding issues to the executive.
- Maintain a regular store call cycle and effectively manage the schedule and travel, when applicable.
- Submit hours weekly after shifts and promptly communicate daily sales, out-of-stock issues and merchandising challenges to the executive.
Qualifications
- Beauty industry experience is required.
- Weekend availability from Thursday through Sunday is required; availability from Wednesday through Sunday is also stated.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Experience in a Sephora or Ulta environment is preferred.
- Proactively approach potential clients and promote the Fresh brand.
- Have personal transportation to travel within the assigned territory.
