Fresh (LVMH) hiring Selling Specialist in White Plains, NY for temporary part-time role at Sephora/Ulta. $25–$30/hr, Wed–Sun availability required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily sales goals (Sales per Hour and ROI) as determined by executive across assigned stores within the territory
- Assist Executive in execution of in-store events to support Sephora/Ulta and Fresh initiatives with focus on increased ROI and average event sales
- Establish and develop strong sales relationships with Sephora/Ulta Beauty Advisors, Store Leadership, District Managers, and store employees
- Provide direct sales support and client service to reinforce Fresh brand partnerships with retail associates and customers
- Ensure Fresh wallbays, counters, endcaps, towers, and displays maintain visual excellence in accordance with Fresh merchandising standards
- Communicate merchandising challenges and out-of-stock issues to Executive promptly
- Maintain regular store call cycles and manage schedule and territory travel effectively
- Submit weekly hours and communicate daily sales performance, inventory challenges, and merchandising concerns to Executive
Qualifications
- Beauty industry experience required
- Experience in Sephora/Ulta environment preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive approach to client engagement and brand advocacy
- Own means of transportation for territory travel
Skills
Experience
Beauty retail experience required; experience in Sephora or Ulta environments strongly preferred. Entry-level to beginner sales support background acceptable with demonstrated enthusiasm for luxury beauty brands.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional beauty or retail certifications are a plus but not required.
