Fresh Selling Specialist – Yonkers/Scarsdale, New York. Part-time temporary role supporting sales at Sephora/Ulta. $25–$30/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily sales goals (Sales per hour and ROI) in assigned stores within the designated territory
- Assist in the execution of in-store events to support Sephora/Ulta and Fresh brand initiatives with elevated ROI and average event sales
- Establish and develop strong sales relationships with Sephora/Ulta beauty advisors, store leadership, district managers, and store employees
- Provide exceptional service and support to beauty advisors and clients to ensure seamless partnership and client satisfaction
- Maintain Fresh wallbays, counters, endcaps, towers, and point-of-sale displays in accordance with brand merchandising standards and visual guidelines
- Maintain a regular call cycle to assigned stores and manage schedule and travel efficiently
- Submit timely hours reports and communicate daily sales results, out-of-stock issues, and merchandising challenges to the executive
Qualifications
- Beauty industry experience required
- Experience in Sephora or Ulta retail environment preferred
- Weekend availability (Thursday–Sunday) required
- Own means of transportation for territory travel
- Flexible hours to meet job objectives

Experience
Entry-level experience in the beauty retail sector; familiarity with Sephora or Ulta environments is advantageous but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
