Fresh Selling Specialist (Sephora/Ulta) position in Seattle & Portland, $25–$30/hr temporary role. Beauty industry experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily sales goals (Sales per hour [SPH] and ROI) as determined by the executive in assigned stores throughout the assigned territory
- Assist the Sales and Education Executive in execution of in-store events to support Sephora/Ulta and Fresh initiatives with increased ROI and average event sales
- Establish and develop strong sales relationships at the store level with Sephora/Ulta beauty advisors, store leadership, district managers, and employees
- Provide service and support to beauty advisors and clients, ensuring seamless partnership and customer satisfaction when in-store
- Ensure Fresh wallbays, counters, endcaps, towers, and displays are visually impeccable and in accordance with Fresh merchandising standards; communicate outstanding issues to the executive
- Maintain regular store call cycles, effectively managing schedule and territory travel
- Submit hours weekly upon shift completion and communicate daily sales, out-of-stock issues, and merchandising challenges to the executive in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Beauty industry experience
- Experience in Sephora/Ulta environment preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive approach to client engagement and brand promotion
- Own means of transportation for territory coverage

Beginner-level beauty industry experience required; prior Sephora or Ulta environment exposure preferred.
