Fresh seeks a Selling Specialist for Sephora/Ulta locations in Seattle, WA and Portland, OR. $25–$30/hr, temporary position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily sales goals (Sales per Hour and ROI) as determined by the Executive in assigned stores throughout the territory
- Assist the Sales and Education Executive in execution of in-store events to support Sephora/Ulta and Fresh initiatives with increased ROI and average event sales
- Establish and develop strong sales relationships at store level with Sephora/Ulta Beauty Advisors, Store Leadership, District Managers, and employees
- Support strong partnerships with Sephora/Ulta Beauty Advisors and clients by providing service and support for any needs when in-store
- Ensure Fresh wallbays, counters, endcaps, towers, and other fixtures are visually impeccable and compliant with Fresh merchandising standards; communicate outstanding issues to Executive
- Maintain regular call cycle to stores and effectively manage schedule and travel within assigned territory
- Submit hours weekly after shifts are completed; communicate daily sales, out-of-stock issues, and merchandising challenges with Executive in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Beauty industry experience required
- Weekend availability (Thursday–Sunday) required
- Experience in Sephora/Ulta environment preferred
- Own means of transportation to travel within assigned territory
- Proactive approach to client engagement and Fresh brand promotion
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level beauty industry experience required; prior work in specialty beauty retail (Sephora or Ulta) preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 30 per hour.
