Fresh, a global skincare and beauty brand within the LVMH Group, seeks a part-time Selling Specialist to support sales initiatives across Sephora and Ulta Beauty locations in the San Jose territory. The role involves achieving daily sales targets, executing in-store events, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and fostering partnerships with store teams and clients. The position requires weekend availability (Wednesday–Sunday) and personal transportation within the assigned territory spanning San Jose, Palo Alto, San Mateo, Burlingame, and Daly City.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily sales goals (Sales per Hour and ROI) as determined by the Fresh Sales and Education Executive in assigned stores throughout the assigned territory
- Assist the Executive in executing in-store events to support Sephora/Ulta and Fresh initiatives with increased ROI and average event sales
- Establish and develop strong sales relationships at store level with Sephora/Ulta Beauty Advisors, Store Leadership, District Managers, and employees
- Support partnerships with Sephora/Ulta Beauty Advisors and clients by providing service and support for all needs while in-store
- Ensure Fresh wallbays, counters, endcaps, towers, and displays are visually impeccable and compliant with Fresh merchandising standards; communicate outstanding issues to the Executive
- Maintain regular call cycle to stores and effectively manage schedule and travel within the territory
- Submit hours weekly upon completion of shifts and communicate daily sales performance, out-of-stock issues, and merchandising challenges to the Executive in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Beauty industry experience required
- Experience in Sephora/Ulta environments preferred
- Weekend availability (Wednesday–Sunday) required
- Own means of transportation to travel within assigned territory required
- Flexible working hours to meet job objectives

Experience
Beginner-level beauty industry experience required; Sephora or Ulta retail environment experience is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
