Fresh Selling Specialist – San Francisco & Sacramento, CA. Temporary part-time retail sales position. $25–$30/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily sales goals (Sales per Hour and ROI) across assigned stores within the territory
- Execute in-store events supporting Sephora and Ulta initiatives to drive ROI and average event sales
- Establish and cultivate strong sales relationships with store-level partners including Beauty Advisors, Store Leadership, and District Managers
- Provide exceptional service and support to Beauty Advisors and clients during store visits
- Maintain visual standards for Fresh displays, wallbays, counters, endcaps, and towers in accordance with brand merchandising guidelines
- Conduct regular call cycles to assigned stores, managing schedule and territory travel effectively
- Submit weekly hours reports and communicate daily sales data, out-of-stock issues, and merchandising challenges to the Sales Executive
Qualifications
- Beauty industry experience required
- Weekend availability (Thursday–Sunday) required
- Experience in Sephora and/or Ulta environments preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive client engagement and brand advocacy capabilities
- Own reliable transportation for territory travel

Beginner-level beauty retail or cosmetics sales experience required; familiarity with Sephora or Ulta operating environments is preferred.
