Fresh Selling Specialist in San Francisco & Sacramento—temporary part-time beauty sales role at Sephora/Ulta, $25–$30/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily sales goals (Sales per hour and ROI) as determined by the Fresh Sales and Education Executive across assigned stores and territory
- Assist the Executive in executing in-store events to support Sephora/Ulta and Fresh initiatives with optimized ROI and average event sales
- Establish and develop strong sales relationships at the store level with Sephora/Ulta Beauty Advisors, Store Leadership, District Managers, and store employees
- Support partnerships with Sephora/Ulta Beauty Advisors and clients by providing comprehensive service and support for all needs during in-store visits
- Ensure Fresh wallbays, counters, endcaps, towers, and displays are visually impeccable and compliant with Fresh merchandising standards; communicate any outstanding issues to the Executive
- Maintain regular call cycles to assigned stores while effectively managing schedule and travel logistics
- Submit hours weekly upon completion of shifts and communicate daily sales figures, out-of-stock issues, and merchandising challenges to the Executive in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Beauty industry experience required
- Experience in Sephora/Ulta retail environment preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach to client engagement and brand promotion
- Own transportation to travel within assigned territory

Beginner-level beauty industry experience required; prior Sephora or Ulta environment experience is preferred.
