Fresh Selling Specialist position in Jacksonville, Alabama at Sephora and Ulta Beauty—$25–$30/hr, part-time, temporary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily sales goals (Sales per Hour [SPH] and Return on Investment [ROI]) as determined by executive across assigned retail locations
- Support execution of in-store events for Sephora and Ulta to drive Fresh brand initiatives and maximize event sales and ROI
- Establish and cultivate strong sales relationships with Sephora and Ulta Beauty Advisors, store leadership, and store employees
- Provide exceptional service and support to retail partners and clients to enhance the shopping experience
- Maintain Fresh product displays, counters, endcaps, towers, and other merchandising installations to meet brand visual standards and communicate any outstanding issues to executive
- Manage regular call cycles to retail locations and coordinate flexible schedules and territory travel as required
- Submit hours weekly and communicate daily sales performance, out-of-stock inventory issues, and merchandising challenges to executive in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Beauty industry experience required
- Proven experience in a Sephora and/or Ulta Beauty environment preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive approach to client engagement and brand promotion
- Own transportation to travel within assigned territory
- Weekend availability (Thursday through Sunday) required
- Flexible work hours to meet job objectives

Beginner-level experience in the beauty retail sector is required; prior experience in a Sephora or Ulta Beauty environment is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional beauty industry certifications or training is a plus.
