Fresh Selling Specialist (Sephora/Ulta) in Jacksonville & Birmingham – part-time temporary role, $25–$30/hr, beauty industry experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily sales goals (Sales per Hour and ROI) as determined by the Sales and Education Executive across assigned stores in the territory
- Assist the Executive in executing in-store events supporting Sephora/Ulta and Fresh initiatives to increase ROI and average event sales
- Establish and develop strong sales relationships at the store level with Sephora/Ulta beauty advisors, store leadership, district managers, and employees
- Provide service and support to beauty advisors and clients to ensure strong partnership and client satisfaction
- Ensure Fresh wallbays, counters, endcaps, and towers are visually impeccable and in compliance with Fresh merchandising standards, communicating outstanding issues to the Executive
- Maintain regular call cycles to stores and effectively manage schedule and travel within the assigned territory
- Submit hours weekly after shifts and communicate daily sales performance, out-of-stock issues, and merchandising challenges to the Executive in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Beauty industry experience required
- Weekend and weekday availability (Wednesday–Sunday, Thursday–Sunday preferred) required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach to client engagement and Fresh brand promotion
- Own means of transportation to travel within the assigned territory
- Experience in Sephora/Ulta retail environment preferred

Beginner-level beauty industry experience required; prior experience in Sephora or Ulta environments is preferred but not mandatory.
