Fresh is seeking a part-time Selling Specialist in Dallas, Texas, to support sales and communicate business needs across an assigned territory. The role supports daily sales targets, store relationships, in-store events, merchandising standards and reporting, with a stated pay range of $25–$30 USD per hour; the role is temporary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily sales goals, including sales per hour (SPH) and return on investment (ROI), set by the executive in assigned stores across the territory.
- Assist the executive with in-store events supporting Sephora, Ulta and Fresh initiatives, aiming to increase ROI and average event sales.
- Establish and develop strong sales relationships at store level with Sephora and Ulta Beauty Advisors, store leadership, district managers and employees.
- Support strong partnerships with Sephora and Ulta Beauty Advisors and clients by providing service and assistance with their needs in store.
- Maintain Fresh wall bays, counters, endcaps and towers to impeccable visual standards in accordance with Fresh merchandising guidelines, and communicate outstanding issues to the executive.
- Maintain a regular store call cycle and effectively manage the schedule and travel, where applicable.
- Submit hours weekly after completed shifts and promptly communicate daily sales, out-of-stock issues and merchandising challenges to the executive.
Qualifications
- Beauty industry experience is required.
- Weekend availability from Thursday through Sunday is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Experience in a Sephora or Ulta environment is preferred.
- Proactively approach potential clients and promote the Fresh brand.
- Must have personal transportation to travel within the assigned territory.
- Work hours must be flexible to meet job objectives.
- Availability Wednesday through Sunday.
