Fresh Selling Specialist role in Dallas: drive beauty sales at Sephora/Ulta, $25–$30/hour, part-time, Wed–Sun.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily sales goals (sales per hour and ROI) as determined by the executive in assigned stores throughout the territory
- Assist in the execution of in-store events supporting Sephora/Ulta and Fresh initiatives with increased ROI and average event sales
- Establish and develop strong sales relationships at store level with Sephora/Ulta Beauty Advisors, store leadership, district managers, and employees
- Provide service and support to Sephora/Ulta Beauty Advisors and clients to address all in-store needs
- Ensure Fresh wallbays, counters, endcaps, towers, and displays are visually impeccable and compliant with Fresh merchandising standards, communicating any outstanding issues to the executive
- Maintain regular store call cycles and effectively manage schedule and travel within the territory
- Submit hours weekly, communicate daily sales figures, out-of-stock issues, and merchandising challenges to the executive in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Beauty industry experience required
- Weekend and extended availability (Wednesday to Sunday, with emphasis on Thursday to Sunday) required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Sephora/Ulta environment preferred
- Proactive approach to engaging potential clients and promoting the Fresh brand
- Own means of transportation for territorial travel

Entry-level beauty industry experience or equivalent; prior Sephora or Ulta Beauty environment exposure preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
