Fresh Selling Specialist role in Dallas, Texas. Part-time retail sales position at Sephora/Ulta, $25–$30/hr, Wednesday–Sunday availability required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily sales goals (sales per hour and return on investment) as established by the executive within assigned retail locations
- Execute in-store promotional events and Fresh brand initiatives to maximize sales and revenue outcomes
- Establish and cultivate strong sales relationships with Sephora/Ulta beauty advisors, store leadership, district managers, and staff
- Provide comprehensive service support to beauty advisors and clients, ensuring seamless customer experience
- Maintain Fresh brand counter presentations, wallbays, endcaps, and towers to merchandising standards; escalate issues to executive
- Execute regular store visit cycles and manage travel schedule efficiently across territory
- Submit weekly timesheets and communicate daily sales performance, out-of-stock situations, and merchandising challenges to executive
Qualifications
- Beauty industry experience
- Sephora or Ulta Beauty environment experience (preferred)
- Proactive client engagement and brand promotion capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Own reliable transportation for territory travel
- Flexibility to meet operational scheduling requirements
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level beauty retail experience; familiarity with prestige beauty counters or specialty retail environments is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional beauty or retail certifications are a plus.
