Fresh Selling Specialist at Sephora/Ulta, Calgary, AB. Part-time retail role with $23–28/hr CAD. Beauty sales & merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily sales goals (Sales per Hour and ROI) as determined by executive in assigned stores throughout the designated territory
- Assist Executive in execution of in-store events to support Sephora/Ulta and Fresh initiatives with increased ROI and average event sales
- Establish and develop strong sales relationships at store level with Sephora/Ulta Beauty Advisors, Store Leadership, District Managers, and employees
- Support strong partnership with Sephora/Ulta Beauty Advisors and clients by providing service and support for all needs while in-store
- Ensure Fresh wallbays, counters, endcaps, towers and displays are visually impeccable and in accordance with Fresh merchandising standards; communicate outstanding issues to executive
- Maintain regular call cycle to stores and effectively manage schedule and travel within territory
- Submit hours weekly after completion of shifts and communicate daily sales, out-of-stock issues, and merchandising challenges to executive in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Beauty industry experience required
- Weekend availability (Thursday–Sunday) is required
- Experience in Sephora/Ulta environment preferred
- Own means of transportation to travel within assigned territory
- Proactive approach to client engagement and Fresh brand promotion

Experience
Beginner-level beauty industry experience is required; familiarity with Sephora or Ulta retail environments is preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 23 to CAD 28 per hour.
