Fresh Sales Specialist position in Montreal, Quebec—temporary beauty retail role supporting Sephora and Ulta locations, $23–$28 CAD/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily sales performance goals (Sales per Hour and ROI) as determined by executive across assigned stores within designated territory
- Execute in-store promotional events and initiatives to support Sephora and Ulta partnerships with measurable ROI increases and average event sales growth
- Establish and nurture strong commercial relationships with Sephora/Ulta brand ambassadors, store leadership, district managers, and store employees
- Provide exemplary service and support to brand ambassadors and clients during in-store visits to ensure seamless customer experience
- Maintain Fresh visual merchandising displays including wallbays, counters, endcaps, and towers in accordance with brand standards; communicate merchandising challenges to executive
- Execute regular store call cycles and effectively manage scheduling and territory travel logistics
- Submit weekly timesheets and provide daily sales reports, communicate out-of-stock issues and merchandising challenges to executive in real-time
Qualifications
- Beauty industry experience required
- Proven experience in Sephora or Ulta retail environment preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach to client engagement and brand promotion
- Reliable personal transportation to manage territory travel
- Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules to meet business objectives
