Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets through dynamic and proactive engagement.
- Effectively communicate product knowledge and rituals to guests.
- Demonstrate proper usage of skincare products to guests.
- Maintain a guest-centric approach in all interactions.
- Assist guests with their needs and inquiries.
- Recruit and build rapport with guests to foster long-term relationships.
- Manage boutique clienteling and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Adhere to and uphold boutique SOP standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and follow instructions from team leads.
- Adapt to environmental changes as necessary.
- Provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences for guests.
Qualifications
- Minimum diploma or equivalent level of education.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in retail, sales, or FMCG industry.
- Sales-driven with a proactive attitude.
- Team player with a positive mindset and pleasant disposition.
- Willingness to work retail shifts on weekends and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
Education
Minimum diploma or equivalent level of education.
