Fresh Retail Manager in Chengdu, China – lead beauty counter sales teams, drive revenue growth, and manage retail operations in a department store environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets across assigned counters
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate counter managers and beauty advisors through regular visits, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding of qualified counter managers and beauty advisors
- Oversee inventory management and order processing in collaboration with functional teams to ensure optimal stock levels
- Prepare monthly sales reports and competitive analysis for management review, including new product line performance data
- Implement local incentive programs and annual budget planning to control retail activity expenses
- Ensure strict adherence to brand standards in visual merchandising, product displays, and point-of-sale conditions
- Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns in partnership with marketing and mall management teams
- Monitor brand image and presentation standards, including beauty advisor appearance and conduct
- Coordinate mandatory training programs for beauty advisors in collaboration with the training department

- Minimum 6 years of team management experience in a sales department
