Role & Responsibilities

- Perform risk identification and mitigation planning to minimise project exposure and preserve timelines
- Create, organise and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, decision logs and post-mortem analyses
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, ensuring alignment between marketing, product, supply chain and creative teams
- Manage contract-duration delivery expectations and handovers for a fixed six-month engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable project management experience
- Direct experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry (required)
- Seasoned user of project management platforms and timeline tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across marketing, product and retail channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a structured approach to documentation and reporting
- Capacity to meet the role's physical requirements (prolonged stationary periods; occasional light to moderate lifting)
