Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute procurement of finished goods and components using AX MRP systems to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries to distribution centers
- Maintain fill rates and product launch date commitments at or above corporate targets through effective inventory management
- Expedite, defer, and cancel purchase orders strategically to optimize fill rates and inventory turnover
- Serve as primary contact for an assigned vendor portfolio, leading weekly supplier calls and relationship management
- Review weekly operational reports and alerts to identify and mitigate supply chain disruptions
- Execute end-of-life product processes in compliance with company procedures
- Manage and resolve daily operational challenges with swift, informed decision-making and effective solution implementation
Qualifications
- 1–4 years of professional experience in supply planning or materials management
- Advanced proficiency with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems
- Prior experience in the cosmetics, skincare, or beauty industry
- Knowledge of packaging and/or components manufacturing processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and lead cross-functional collaboration
- Proactive learning orientation and adaptability to new processes and systems

Experience
Minimum 1–4 years of professional planning experience, preferably within cosmetics, skincare, or beauty manufacturing. Prior exposure to packaging and/or components manufacturing is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; college-level coursework or degree in supply chain management, operations, business, or related field is preferred but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 per annum.
