Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of product testers and display areas.
- Perform regular fragrance spraying at the counter every 30 minutes.
- Ensure testers are returned to their designated places promptly after use.
- Organize and store paper bags and related materials.
- Prepare packaging materials such as ribbons in advance as required.
- Support inventory management tasks.
- Greet and invite customers into the store with a smile.
- Distribute fragrance samples and guide customers to the beauty advisor.
- Assist beauty advisors with gift wrapping and customer engagement.
- Encourage customers to scan the company QR code and distribute samples upon successful scanning.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student.
- Genuine interest in makeup and beauty products.
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated service orientation and ability to integrate quickly into a team.
- Strong stress management capabilities.

No prior experience required; suitable for students.

Currently enrolled in a degree program.

Compensation
Compensation ranges from ¥28 to ¥50 per hour in major cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, and from ¥22 to ¥44 per hour in other cities. Detailed compensation structure will be discussed during the interview.
