As part of the LVMH ecosystem, the brand operates with a creative, cross‑functional approach to regional marketing and e‑commerce, offering early‑career talent exposure to international luxury marketing operations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and produce regional creative assets and marketing collateral (PR kits, in‑store brochures, sample kits, storytelling eDMs) to support product and campaign communication.
• Collaborate with SEA Marketing & Creative teams to ideate and pitch regional 360° campaign concepts during monthly marketing meetings.
• Lead end‑to‑end execution of marketing projects (e.g., GWPs, animation sets): develop creative concepts, source and liaise with external suppliers, and coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage back‑end e‑commerce tasks including quarterly refresh of Sephora PDP assets and maintenance of Sephora brand page banners.
• Create and adapt creative assets for online marketplaces (for example, Lazada).
• Consolidate campaign post‑mortem reports for HQ, including competitive activity review, market trend analysis, and performance insights to inform future planning.
• Provide flexible, proactive support across the regional marketing agenda as priorities evolve.

Qualifications

• Available for a full‑time, six‑month internship from Jun/Jul 2026 to Dec 2026.
• Strong organisational, communication and analytical abilities with attention to detail and a capacity to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Proven interest in marketing and visual content; demonstrates a positive, can‑do attitude and team orientation.
• Adaptable and system‑oriented with the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, changing environment.

Skills

Experience

Entry‑level; suitable for students or recent graduates with limited professional experience. Practical coursework, portfolio pieces or prior internship exposure to creative/content production and e‑commerce are advantageous.

Education

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
