Fresh seeks Manager, Regulatory Affairs – China in Jersey City, NJ. Lead China compliance coordination with LVMH teams; $100K–$140K USD annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Stay abreast of evolving China regulations and new developments, independently and in collaboration with LVMH Regulatory Partners
- Establish and maintain communication protocols between Fresh HQ Regulatory Affairs, LVMH Central RA, and LVMH China RA teams
- Conduct weekly liaison calls with China RA to ensure alignment and operational continuity
- Manage copy and claim review with risk assessment for the China market
- Lead the naming translation process in coordination with China RA
- Review and approve Chinese language artwork to ensure compliance with China cosmetic regulations
- Provide regulatory documentation and technical assistance to support pre-market registrations
- Manage the acquisition of all China Hygiene Permits in partnership with China RA for new products and modifications
- Maintain daily updates to the China projects tracking system
- Monitor and report on regulatory key performance indicators to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in regulatory affairs within a highly regulated industry (cosmetics, food and beverage, or pharmaceuticals)
- Demonstrated experience working with China regulations and market entry requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to communicate and influence individuals across all organizational levels
- Strong cross-functional partnership and collaboration capabilities

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in regulatory affairs within a highly regulated industry such as cosmetics, food and beverage, or pharmaceuticals, with required expertise in China market regulations and compliance frameworks.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; Master's degree preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 140,000 per annum.
